At a Glance

Justice Matters Press is a movement press birthed from Justice Matters, a racial justice education policy organization founded in 1994. Justice Matters Press is a multi-issue effort that builds on its founding organization’s two decades of racial justice organizing, training, arts integration, and policy analysis in the field of public education. Amalgamating policy research, publishing, cultural arts, and grassroots organizing traditions, we aim to lift movement-based visions and analyses, ideas, and solutions that shift consciousness and expand the boundaries of the progressive imagination.
